These terms apply to every bus ticket booked with Hopline through this site.
Hopline is a booking platform. The bus is run by the operator named on your ticket, who is responsible for the vehicle, the crew and the journey. We verify every operator before listing and stay your point of contact for bookings, cancellations and refunds.
Fares are listed in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds and the ticket appears in My trips. You can book up to 6 seats in one booking.
Reach the boarding point 15 minutes before departure with your ticket and a photo ID. Each seat includes one suitcase of up to 15 kg and one cabin bag. Departure and arrival times are estimates and can change with traffic and weather.
Photographs on this site are illustrative. The bus and its amenities are as described on the listing; if the operator changes the bus type, we will tell you and offer a full refund.
