01Charges
Delivery is free on orders over ₹2,999. Smaller orders carry a flat ₹99 delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
02Dispatch and delivery times
We dispatch all orders within 48 hours, Monday to Saturday, from Dehradun. Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days across India. Remote pin codes in the hills may occasionally take a little longer.
03Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your order leaves us. You can also follow it from your account.
04Payment
We accept UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay.
05Delivery attempts
Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund of the product value.
