01Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over ₹2,999. Smaller orders carry a flat ₹99 delivery charge, shown at checkout. We deliver across India.
Every order is dispatched within 48 hours and usually arrives in 3 to 7 working days, depending on your pin code. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way.
02Payment
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking, all processed securely through Razorpay.
03Returns
You may return any unworn piece, with tags and original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a size exchange.
04Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full.
05Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to reflect it.
06Repairs
Everything carries a two-year warranty against defects. Our Manali workshop also mends seams, zips, baffles and buckles. Write to us with your order number and a photo and we will send posting instructions.
