01Our 30-day returns window
Unworn pieces with tags, in their original packaging, may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a size exchange.
02What we cannot accept
Pieces that have been worn outdoors or washed cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or faulty. Base layers must be returned in their sealed bag.
03Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
04Warranty and repairs
Every piece is covered against defects in materials and making for two years from delivery. After that, our Manali workshop repairs seams, zips, baffles and buckles. Each product page says what is repaired free and for how long.
05How to return
Write to us with your order number. We will arrange a pick-up where our courier partners offer the service, or share a return address.
06Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days of the return reaching us. Banks may take a further 5 to 7 working days.
