01Before dispatch
We dispatch within 48 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel. Orders that have not yet been packed can be cancelled for a full refund.
02After dispatch
Once an order has left our Dehradun dispatch centre it can no longer be cancelled. You are welcome to return it unworn within 30 days of delivery under our returns policy.
03Refunds for cancelled orders
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to reflect it.
