Terms & Conditions

By using this website and placing an order, booking a table or starting a plan with Forno Rosso, you agree to the terms below.

Food and information

We sell wood-fired pizza, fresh pasta, small plates, desserts and non-alcoholic drinks from our kitchens in Mumbai. Photographs show a typical serving and the food you receive may look a little different. Energy figures are approximate. Allergens are listed on every dish, but our kitchens handle gluten, milk, nuts and shellfish, so we cannot promise that any dish is free of them.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery costs Rs 49 and is free on orders of Rs 799 or more, shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices or withdraw offers at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been received through Razorpay. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. We may cancel an order in the case of a pricing error, an item running out or suspected misuse, with a full refund.

Delivery, takeaway and dine-in

We deliver within about 5 km of each kitchen. Delivery times are estimates given as a range and are not guaranteed. Takeaway orders are collected at the pickup time you choose. Table reservations are requests until the kitchen confirms them by email.

Pizza Night Club

You pay for the first delivery at checkout and the plan starts only after that payment succeeds. Renewals are not charged automatically and there is no auto-debit. Each later delivery shows as payment due in your account and is prepared once it is paid, online or at the counter. You may pause, resume, skip, change or cancel a plan at any time from your account.

Coupons

One coupon may be used per order. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to the minimum order value shown.

Cancellations and refunds

These are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy pages.
