Cancellation Policy

Before the kitchen starts

You can cancel an order free of charge until the kitchen starts preparing it. Call the kitchen you ordered from or write to care@fornorosso.example with your order number. You receive a full refund.

After the kitchen starts

Once your food is being prepared the order can no longer be cancelled, because it is made for you and cannot be resold. If something is wrong when it arrives, see our Refund Policy.

Table reservations

If your plans change, please cancel your reservation from your account or call the kitchen so that the table can be offered to someone else. There is no charge for cancelling a reservation.

Pizza Night Club

You can pause, resume, skip the next delivery, change the day or slot, or cancel a plan at any time from your account. Renewals are not charged automatically, so a delivery you have not paid for costs you nothing if you cancel.

Refunds for cancelled orders

Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank may take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
