How an online reservation protects both sides
A small, refundable token takes a home off the market while the real checks are done.

When you reserve a Norell residence online, the home comes off the market for 14 days. That gives your lawyer time to read the title and gives the seller confidence that you are serious.
What it costs
On a sale, 0.1 percent of the asking price, between fifty thousand and two lakh rupees. On a rental, one month's rent, up to two lakh rupees.
When it is refunded
In full, if title or structural checks turn up anything material. Otherwise it is adjusted against the price on signing.
