Reservation terms

A reservation is a token payment that takes a residence off the market for 14 days.

Amount

For a sale or new launch: 0.1 percent of the asking price, at least ₹50,000 and at most ₹2,00,000. For a rental: one month's rent, at most ₹2,00,000.

Refunds

Refunded in full within 7 working days if the title search, structural review or approvals turn up anything material, or if the seller withdraws. Otherwise it is adjusted against the price or deposit on signing.

Receipt

An invoice is issued immediately and kept in your account.
