Why we walk every hill house in August
A Lonavala house in May and the same house in August are two different properties.

In May the ghats are dry, the roads are easy and every view is clear. In August a hill house shows you its drainage, its retaining walls and its road access, all at once.
What fails first
Under-sized storm drains, retaining walls without weep holes, and approach roads that become streams.
Our rule
We do not list a hill property until an advisor has walked it in the monsoon.
