Cakes are sold by weight. A slice is about 90 g, so count your guests and round up. Take the cake out of the freezer 10 minutes before cutting.

Refunds

Ice cream cannot be returned, but we make it right. If your order arrives melted, damaged or wrong, send us a photo within 2 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund you in full.

Every order is packed in an insulated box with dry ice, which keeps it frozen for up to 3 hours. Most deliveries take under 45 minutes. Do not touch the dry ice with bare hands; leave it in the box to disappear on its own.
