Every Polka Scoop tub is churned in small batches and packed by hand, never more than a day before it is delivered.
If your ice cream arrives soft, icy or anything less than you expected, tell us within 2 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund you.
The promise covers how the ice cream arrives. It does not cover tubs left out of the freezer after delivery.
We use real fruit, fresh milk and cream, and no artificial colours or flavours. The batch date is written on the base of every tub.
