These terms apply to every order placed with Polka Scoop through this site.
Prices are listed in Indian rupees and include GST. The minimum order is ₹400, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
An order is accepted when we send your confirmation. Tubs, pops and sorbets can be cancelled until they leave the kitchen. Cakes and party orders cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of delivery, because they are made for you.
Ice cream is perishable. Please make sure someone is at the address to receive it and put it in the freezer straight away.
Product photos are as accurate as screens allow. Every batch is made by hand, so swirls, chunks and colour vary a little from tub to tub.
