Ice cream is perishable, so we cannot take it back. If something is not right, we fix it.
If your order arrives melted, damaged or wrong, send a photo to hello@polkascoop.example within 2 hours of delivery. We replace it the same day where we can, or refund you in full.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Cakes and party orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before delivery. After that they are already being made and cannot be refunded.
Sweet Deals items are replaced or refunded on the same terms as everything else.
