Every product page lists its ingredients and allergens. This page explains how we label them and what we can and cannot promise.
Milk. All our ice creams, cakes, bars and sundaes contain milk and cream. Sorbets and everything marked vegan are made without dairy.
Nuts. Flavours such as pistachio, almond and praline contain tree nuts, and some contain peanuts. Everything is made in the same kitchen on shared equipment, so no product is guaranteed free of traces of nuts.
Gluten, egg and soy. Cookie, brownie and cake flavours contain gluten and may contain egg. Chocolate coatings contain soy lecithin. Waffle cones contain gluten.
No added sugar. Tubs marked no added sugar are sweetened with dates or stevia. They still contain the natural sugar in milk and fruit.
