Delivery, storage, allergens, orders and parties: the questions we hear most at the counter.
Every order is packed in an insulated box with dry ice, which keeps it frozen for up to 3 hours. Most deliveries take under 45 minutes. Do not touch the dry ice with bare hands; leave it in the box to disappear on its own.
All our ice creams contain milk. Some flavours contain nuts, gluten, soy or egg, and each product page lists them. Everything is made in one kitchen, so we cannot promise any flavour is free of traces of nuts.
Unopened, up to 3 months at minus 18 degrees or colder. Once opened, it is best within 2 weeks. Press a piece of baking paper onto the surface before closing the lid to stop ice crystals forming.
Yes. Choose Message on the lid on the product page and type up to 30 characters. We write it by hand on the lid before the tub is packed. You can also add a gift box with dry ice or a pack of waffle cones.
Every day from 10am to 10pm, across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi and Jaipur. The minimum order is ₹400 and frozen delivery is free over ₹999. Enter your pincode at checkout to see the delivery time for your area.
Send a photo to hello@polkascoop.example within 2 hours of delivery. We replace the order or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. Ice cream cannot be returned, so there is nothing to send back.
At least 24 hours. Ice cream cakes are layered and frozen overnight, so we cannot make one the same day. Tubs, pops and sorbets are ready for delivery the day you order.
Put it straight into the freezer, at the back, not in the door. Take the tub out 5 minutes before scooping and dip the scoop in warm water. Never refreeze ice cream that has fully melted.
Yes. Gift cards from ₹500 to ₹5,000 are sent by email within minutes and can be used online or at any scoop shop. They are valid for 12 months. Write to hello@polkascoop.example to order one.
Yes. Book our ice cream cart for 2 hours with a scooper, cones and six flavours, or order tubs in bulk for an event. Send a party request with your date and guest count and we reply with a menu and a quote.
