Overview
Saffron runs three restored havelis on the lakes of Udaipur. Most guests booked through agents who took a heavy cut.
The new site leads with film-like photography and a two-step booking widget connected to their property system.
Challenges
Slow connections for international guests, and a property system with a fragile API.
Results
Direct bookings rose from 18% to 46% of revenue within the first year.
