Privacy policy
What I collect
When you send an enquiry, book a session, buy from the shop or join the newsletter, I store the details you type in: your name, email, phone number and message. Payments are handled by Razorpay; I never see or store card details.
Why
To answer you, run the session you booked, deliver what you bought, send your invoice and, if you subscribed, the monthly letter. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Only me. Email is delivered through my email provider and payments through Razorpay. I do not sell or share your data.
How long
Enquiries for two years, orders and invoices for eight years as Indian tax law requires, newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Write to hello@rivankade.studio to see, correct or delete your data. I reply within 30 days.
