The piece

Each shade is spun over a wooden former by hand, which leaves faint concentric tool marks on the inside face. They are not a flaw; they are the reason the light falls softly rather than in a hard ring.

The interior is finished in a warm matte white to lift the colour temperature of whatever bulb you put in it.

Materials & care

Hand-spun steel shade, powder coated outside, matte white inside. Braided fabric cable, 3 m, shortenable. Ceiling rose and E27 fitting included; bulb not included.

Dust the shade with a dry cloth. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Dimensions

Shade diameter 38 cm / H 24 cm. Cable supplied at 3 m and cut to length on installation.

Made to be kept

Every piece leaves the atelier finished by hand.

In-stock pieces arrive in 5–10 business days; made-to-order pieces take four to six weeks, delivered by our own two-person team. In-stock pieces can be returned within 30 days, and every frame carries a ten-year guarantee.
