Tiffin answers
You pay the first week at checkout when you subscribe. We do not store your card and nothing is charged automatically. When a paid week ends, the plan shows as payment due under My subscriptions in your account. Press Pay next week to pay through the same checkout, or pay at the kitchen and our team marks it paid.
Yes. In your account you can skip the next tiffin, pause the whole plan and resume it, change your days or slot, or cancel. Please make changes before 9 pm the previous evening so the kitchen can plan.
Within the delivery area of each kitchen, about 6 km. If your address is outside, you can collect your tiffin from any kitchen counter instead.
