Where
We deliver within about 6 km of each outlet: Connaught Place, Hauz Khas and Rajouri Garden in Delhi. Around Sector 29 in Gurugram the range is about 7 km. The site checks your address against the nearest kitchen before you order. If you are out of range, you can still order takeaway.
When
The usual delivery estimate is 35 to 50 minutes from the time you order. Rain, traffic and busy weekend evenings can add to that. You can also choose a later slot at checkout. We do not offer live rider tracking; your account shows the status of the order.
What it costs
Delivery is Rs 49 per order. It is free on orders of Rs 599 or more, counted after any discount. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Takeaway
Takeaway orders are usually ready in about 20 to 25 minutes and carry no fee. Collect from the outlet you chose and show your order number.
How it travels
Gravies and dal are packed in sealed containers, breads are wrapped separately, and chaat is packed with the crisp parts apart from the curd. Cold drinks and desserts travel in their own bag.
If you are not available
The rider will call the number on the order. If we cannot reach you within 10 minutes of arriving, the order returns to the outlet and cannot be refunded, because the food has been cooked for you.
