Delivery
We deliver within about 6 km of each outlet, and about 7 km around Sector 29 in Gurugram. Enter your address or pin your location and the site shows the nearest kitchen that can reach you. If you are outside the range, takeaway is still open to you.
Delivery is Rs 49 per order. It is free on orders of Rs 599 or more, counted after any discount. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
The usual estimate is 35 to 50 minutes from the time the order is placed. You can also choose a later slot at checkout. We do not have live rider tracking; your account shows the order status as it moves from accepted to cooking to out for delivery.
Ordering
Choose takeaway and pick an outlet. Orders are usually ready in about 20 to 25 minutes, and there is no fee. Show your order number at the counter.
Most dishes come in two portions, with the price shown next to each. As a guide, a half serves one and a full serves two. Savoury dishes can be ordered mild, medium or hot. Each dish page lists its ingredients and allergens. All our kitchens handle milk, nuts and gluten, so we cannot promise that any dish is free of traces.
Dine-in
Yes. Tables at Connaught Place, Hauz Khas and Sector 29 can be reserved online up to 14 days ahead. Pick the outlet, date, time and number of guests. You can cancel a reservation from your account. Rajouri Garden is a delivery and takeaway kitchen and has no dine-in seating.
Yes. Once you are seated, scan the table link on your table. The menu opens with your table number already filled in, and what you order is brought to you.
Tiffin plans
Tiffin plans are priced per meal and paid one week at a time, in advance. There is no auto-debit. Each following week appears as "payment due" in your account, and you pay it through the normal checkout. If you pay at the outlet instead, the outlet marks the week as paid.
Yes, all from your account. You can pause and resume the plan, skip the next meal, change your days or delivery slot, or cancel. Changes made before 9 pm apply from the next day's meal.
Payments
Payments are taken through Razorpay by UPI, cards or netbanking. We never see or store your card details. The site can be read in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali and Marathi; use the language switch at the top of the page.
