120 kW on four towers that powers lifts, pumps and common lighting, with group net metering under the PM Surya Ghar RWA scheme.
The society's common-area bill was the single largest line in its maintenance budget. We split the array across four terraces, built elevated structures so the terraces stay usable for residents, and filed group net-metering with MSEDCL.
