Privacy policy
Last updated 1 September 2026. Helioura Solar (“we”, “us”) is a solar engineering, procurement and construction company based in Pune.
What we collect
When you request a quote, book a survey or reserve a package we collect your name, phone, email, address, electricity bill details and roof information. We use it only to design, price and install your solar system and to service it afterwards.
Payments
Token payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details; we keep only the payment reference and amount for your invoice.
Who we share it with
Your DISCOM and the national subsidy portal receive the details required for net-metering and subsidy claims, with your consent. We never sell or rent personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted at any time by writing to hello@heliourasolar.in. We respond within 30 days, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
