Refund policy
Last updated 1 September 2026. Helioura Solar (“we”, “us”) is a solar engineering, procurement and construction company based in Pune.
Before the survey
Cancel any time before your site survey for a full refund of the token amount, within 7 working days.
After the survey
If our engineer finds your roof unsuitable, or you decline the final proposal, the token is refunded in full.
After design approval
Once you approve the design and we order materials, the token becomes part of the non-refundable advance.
How to ask
Email hello@heliourasolar.in with your booking number (it starts with HS-). Refunds go back to the original payment method.
