What to prepare before a bulk delivery

A tanker on site is a clock running. A short checklist keeps the discharge smooth and the driver on schedule.

Check the access route for a 16-metre vehicle, including overhead cables and soft ground. Mark the discharge point clearly.

Confirm the silo has room for the full load and that the filter and pressure relief valve are working. Have someone at the silo throughout the discharge.

Keep the delivery note and batch certificate together. If anything looks wrong, call the dispatch desk before the tanker leaves.
