Bagged orders placed before noon leave the depot the same day and reach most sites within 48 hours. Delivery is free from one pallet of 40 bags. You receive a tracking link when the truck leaves.
Scheduled bulk loads are delivered on the date and window you choose at checkout. Our dispatch desk calls the day before to confirm access and offloading.
Unopened, dry bags can be returned within 14 days for a refund, less the collection charge. Scheduled bulk loads are milled for your order and cannot be returned. Damaged or damp bags are replaced free: send a photo and the batch number within 48 hours.
