These terms apply to every order and subscription placed with Farmora. This is placeholder text for a demo site and should be replaced with terms reviewed by your own advisor.
Orders. An order is confirmed when you receive an order number. Prices, delivery fees and plan totals are calculated by us at the time of ordering.
Subscriptions. A plan covers a fixed number of delivery days. You may pause, skip individual days or cancel from your account. Skipped and paused days are added to the end of the plan.
Delivery. Morning milk is delivered before 7 am and express orders within the time shown for your zone, on a best-effort basis. Weather and traffic can occasionally cause delays.
Glass bottles. Returnable bottles remain the property of Farmora. Please rinse and return them at your next delivery.
Allergens. Our products contain milk. Some contain nuts, gluten or eggs, as stated on each product page.
