Shop orders can be cancelled without charge until the order is packed, usually within two minutes of ordering for express delivery.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account. Deliveries already made are charged at your plan rate and the balance is refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Skipped and paused days are never charged. They are added to the end of your plan.
If a product arrives damaged, leaking, spoiled or not as described, tell us the same day. We will replace it with your next delivery or refund it, whichever you prefer. Because dairy is perishable, we cannot accept returns of products that were delivered in good condition.
