Pick a plan (500 ml, 1 litre, 2 litres, or morning and evening), choose cow, buffalo or A2 Gir cow milk, and tell us your address. Your milk arrives at your door before 7 am every day. You can run a plan for a week or a month, and the monthly plan costs less per delivery.

Yes. Open My Account, find your plan and use Pause, Resume or Skip a day. Skip before 10 pm for the next morning's delivery. A skipped day is never charged: your plan simply runs one day longer.

You choose the milk type when you start a plan. To change it, cancel the current plan from My Account and start a new one: any unused deliveries are refunded to your original payment method.

Cancel from My Account at any time. Deliveries already made are charged at your plan rate and the balance is refunded within 5 to 7 working days.

A2 Gir cow milk comes in returnable glass bottles. Rinse the empty bottle and leave it at your door: the rider collects it at the next delivery. There is no deposit on subscriptions.

Most orders from the shop reach you in about 20 minutes. The exact time depends on your zone, from 15 minutes in Kothrud to 30 minutes in Hadapsar. Express delivery runs from 6 am to 11 pm.

We deliver across six zones: Kothrud and Karve Nagar, Baner, Aundh and Pashan, Shivajinagar and Deccan, Hinjawadi and Wakad, Viman Nagar and Kalyani Nagar, and Hadapsar and Magarpatta. Enter your pincode on the Delivery Areas page to check.

Subscription deliveries are always free. For shop orders the fee is between Rs 0 and Rs 29 depending on your zone, and it is waived above the zone's free-delivery amount (Rs 199 to Rs 299).

Morning milk is left at your door in an insulated bag, so you do not need to be up. Tell us in the delivery notes if you would like it left with security or hung on the door handle.

Morning milk is drawn at about 4:30 am, chilled to 4 C within the hour, pasteurised and at your door before 7 am. It is never more than a few hours old when it reaches you.

A2 milk comes from cows that naturally produce only the A2 type of beta-casein protein. Ours comes from our Gir herd, kept and milked separately. Many people simply prefer the taste. We do not make health claims about it.

No. Nothing is added to our milk and nothing is taken out, apart from cream in the toned milk. Every batch is tested for fat, solids and adulterants before it leaves the dairy.

Pay online by UPI, card or net banking at checkout. If online payment is unavailable, your order is recorded as pending and our team confirms payment with you on delivery.

Tell us the same day through the Contact page with your order number. We will replace the item with your next delivery or refund it to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.
