How a Keystead purchase runs
- 01
Brief
A thirty-minute call about budget, commute, schools and must-haves.
- 02
Shortlist
Six to ten homes we have walked ourselves, with honest notes.
- 03
Visits
Back-to-back site visits in one morning, or a live video walkthrough.
- 04
Offer
Comparable sales, a negotiation plan and a token booking when you are ready.
- 05
Keys
Agreement, stamp duty, registration and handover, coordinated for you.
Do you charge buyers a fee?
For ready homes we charge buyers a 1% advisory fee, payable only on registration. For new launches you pay nothing; the developer pays us.
How do site visits work?
Pick a date and a 45-minute slot on any listing, or use Book a visit. Your agent confirms within two working hours and meets you at the property. Video tours are available for every home.
What is the reservation amount, and is it refundable?
The reservation amount holds a home for you for 7 days while we arrange a second visit and the paperwork. It is fully refundable if you decide not to go ahead in that time, and is adjusted against the token or deposit if you do.
Can you help with a home loan?
Yes. We work with four lending partners and can get you an in-principle approval within 72 hours. Use the EMI calculator on any listing for a first estimate.
How do you value my home?
An agent visits, studies recent sales in your building and street, and sends you a written valuation within 48 hours. It is free and there is no obligation to list.
