Terms of Service

By using keystead.in you agree to these terms.

Listings

We take care to describe every home accurately, but areas, prices and availability can change. A listing is an invitation to enquire, not an offer.

Site visits

Visits are confirmed by your agent. Please let us know if you need to reschedule; slots are held for 15 minutes past the start time.

Reservations

A reservation payment holds a home for 7 days. It is refundable in full if you withdraw within that time, and is adjusted against the token or deposit if you proceed. A reservation is not a sale agreement.

No guarantee of results

Our valuations and market notes are professional opinions, not guarantees of price.
