The reservation amount holds a home for you for 7 days while we arrange a second visit and the paperwork. It is fully refundable if you decide not to go ahead in that time, and is adjusted against the token or deposit if you do.

An agent visits, studies recent sales in your building and street, and sends you a written valuation within 48 hours. It is free and there is no obligation to list.

Yes. About a third of our sales are off-market. We share your home only with buyers we have already qualified.

ID and address proof, your last three salary slips or an employer letter, and the security deposit, usually two to three months' rent. We handle the lease and registration.
