Fewer homes, known properly

We opened in 2012 because buying a home in Mumbai meant forty phone calls, ten agents and no one who had actually been inside the flat. Our rule was simple: one agent stays with you from the first visit to the day you collect the keys.

Today we work in four cities with a small team of senior agents. We list fewer homes than the portals, and we turn down listings we cannot price honestly. Most of our clients come back, or send a friend.
