The brief
Vantor Systems wanted its leadership team out of the office for three days to agree next year's plan.
What we did
We took over a lakeside lodge, ran morning strategy blocks with two facilitators and kept the afternoons for walks and small-group work.
Each evening the decision log was printed and pinned on the wall.
