The brief
Orbis Pay needed its annual kick-off for 1,400 people moved to a bigger room after headcount doubled. The date could not move.
What we did
We locked a convention hall in four days, rebuilt the stage for a 12-metre LED wall and moved registration to QR badges so the doors opened in 18 minutes.
Six breakout tracks ran on the second day, each with its own stage manager and a shared cue sheet.
The numbers
Every session started within two minutes of its slot. The post-event survey scored the event 4.7 out of 5.
