   We begin on site and with the people who will use the building. We gather briefs, constraints and ambitions before anyone draws a line.

   Shape

   Options are tested in models, sketches and daylight studies. You see the trade-offs clearly and choose with us.

   Detail

   Architecture, interiors and landscape are drawn by one team, so the door handle and the master plan tell the same story.

4. 04

   Deliver

   We stay on site through construction and return a year after handover, to learn what worked and fix what didn't.
