The darn
A darn rebuilds the stitch with a needle and matched yarn, weaving across the hole and back. Done well, it disappears.
Visible mending
Some customers ask us to darn in a contrast colour. A camel knit with an oatmeal darn tells a story.
Mended knits are the ones people remember.
