These terms apply to every order placed with Medora Pharmacy through this site. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the details you give us are accurate.
Prices are listed in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is free on orders over ₹499 and ₹49 below that. We may correct a pricing or listing error before an order is dispatched and will always tell you first.
Our online store sells over-the-counter and wellness products. Prescription medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription that has been checked by a registered pharmacist. We may limit quantities, ask for more information or decline an order where a pharmacist judges that it would not be appropriate to supply it.
An order is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation. Until then you may cancel it at no cost from your account. Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refunds policy.
