About Medora
Why we started
Medora began as a single counter in Indiranagar with one rule: nobody leaves without understanding their medicine. As neighbours started calling in their refills, we built a delivery service around the same idea. Today every online order is still checked by a licensed pharmacist, packed sealed, and delivered with a number you can call if you have a question.
Each order is picked against the prescription, then checked again by a second pharmacist for strength, quantity, batch and expiry. Temperature-sensitive items travel in insulated packs. If anything is unclear we call you before it ships, never after.

- 2012
One counter in Indiranagar
Medora Pharmacy opens on 100 Feet Road, Bengaluru, with two pharmacists and a promise to explain every label.
- 2016
Koramangala and Mysuru
A second Bengaluru branch opens in Koramangala, followed by our first branch outside the city, in Mysuru.
- 2019
Medora goes online
The online store launches with home delivery across Bengaluru and a pharmacist helpline for questions before you buy.
- 2022
Chennai and Hyderabad
Two new branches open and delivery extends to every pin code we can reach across India.
- 2024
House brands and Pune
Our Pune branch opens and the Medora house brands arrive, from everyday medicines to baby care and home health devices.
- 2026
Same-day in Bengaluru
Orders placed before 4 pm now reach Bengaluru homes the same day, with prescription upload built into checkout.
