Medora Pharmacy accepts returns of unopened, sealed items within 7 days of delivery. The pack must be in its original condition with the seal intact.
For your safety and everyone else's, we cannot take back opened medicines, temperature-sensitive products or personal hygiene items.
If an item arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong one, we replace it free of charge. Write to care@medorapharmacy.example with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a pickup and send the replacement.
To start a return, open the order in your account or email us. Once the item reaches us and passes a seal check, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to a bank account or UPI ID that you share with us.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please speak to your doctor or call our pharmacist helpline, open 9 am to 9 pm every day, before you open the pack.
