Look at what they carry now
Someone who carries a large tote every day will not switch to a mini crossbody. Match the size they already use, then improve the leather.
Colour
Noir and Cognac go with almost everything. Burgundy is our quiet favourite: it reads as a neutral but is not one.
Initials turn an object into theirs. Check the spelling of the middle name first.
Monogram
Monogramming is free on marked pieces and adds 3 working days. Monogrammed pieces cannot be returned unless faulty, so if you are unsure about size or colour, give the piece plain. Small goods such as wallets are the safest pieces to monogram.
Timing
Order at least 10 days before the date. Every order arrives boxed with a dust bag and a care card.
