14-day returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange an unused piece. It must come back in its original dust bag and box, with no marks, scents or signs of wear.
What cannot be returned
Monogrammed pieces are made for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including delivery.
How to return
Write to us with your order number. We arrange a courier pickup from your address. Return pickup is free for exchanges and faulty items; for other returns ₹150 is deducted from the refund.
When you are refunded
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the piece reaching us and passing a quick check.
