Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and usually arrive in 3 to 7 working days anywhere in India. Monogrammed pieces need 3 extra working days. Delivery is free on orders over ₹4,999; below that it is a flat ₹150.
Returns
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange an unused piece in its original dust bag and box. Monogrammed pieces are made for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
Monogram
On pieces marked for monogramming you can add up to three initials. We emboss them into the leather tag or the inside panel with a heated brass stamp. It is free, and adds 3 working days to dispatch.
Materials
Every bag, wallet and belt is made from genuine cowhide or calf leather. The product page lists the exact leather and finish for each piece. Scarves and sunglasses list their own materials.
Care
Keep it in its dust bag, away from direct sun and damp. Wipe with a soft dry cloth, and use a neutral leather cream twice a year. If it gets wet, let it dry at room temperature, never near heat.
Yes. Stitching and hardware repairs are free for the first two years. After that we repair at cost. Write to us with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a pickup.

UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
