The short version of how orders reach you and how they come back.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and arrive in 3 to 7 working days across India. Delivery is free on orders over ₹4,999; below that it is a flat ₹150. Monogrammed pieces need 3 extra working days.
Returns and exchanges
Unused pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, in the original dust bag and box. Monogrammed pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo, and we will replace or refund the piece in full.
Repairs
Stitching and hardware repairs are free for two years from the date of purchase. After that we repair at cost.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the piece reaching us.
