Plans are a flat monthly or yearly fee in INR that include a set number of agents, seats and agent runs. Yearly billing gives you two months free. There are no per-seat surprises or setup fees on Starter and Growth.
One run is one complete task — for example resolving one ticket or matching one invoice — however many steps it takes. Unused runs do not roll over, and we warn you at 80% of your monthly allowance.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Every payment generates an invoice you can download from your account page. Add your GSTIN during checkout or from your account and we will include it on future invoices.
Never. Your data is used only to run your agents. It is not used to train shared models, and you can request deletion at any time.
