Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month; yearly plans stop at the end of the current year.
First-month guarantee
If your first agent is not live within the onboarding window stated for your plan, ask within 30 days of payment for a full refund of the first payment.
Duplicate or failed charges
Duplicate charges are refunded automatically within 5–7 working days. If you see one, write to us with the payment reference.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay.
