What we collect
When you join the waitlist, book a demo, contact us or buy a plan we collect your name, work email, company, phone number and the details you choose to share. When your agents run, they process the data in the systems you connect, only to perform the work you configured.
How we use it
To respond to you, deliver and bill the service, send the newsletter you opted into, and improve reliability. We never sell personal data and we never use customer data to train shared models.
Where it lives
Data is stored in India by default, encrypted in transit and at rest. Enterprise customers may choose a private deployment in their own cloud account.
Processors
We use a small number of vetted processors for hosting, email delivery and payments (Razorpay). Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can access, correct or erase your data and withdraw consent at any time. Write to the address below and we will act within 30 days.
