The service
Noesis provides AI agents, configuration and support under the plan you choose. Plan limits (agents, seats and monthly runs) are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to connect the systems and data your agents use, and that you will review agent actions as configured for your risk level.
Billing
Plans are billed in advance monthly or yearly in INR through Razorpay. Prices include GST. Plans renew automatically until cancelled from your account or by writing to us.
Availability
We target 99.5% monthly availability on Starter and Growth and offer a 99.9% SLA on Enterprise. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours ahead.
Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru.
