We resize Amarelle rings free of charge in the first 60 days. Send the ring back with the prepaid, insured label and it will be on its way to you again within five working days. Full eternity bands cannot be resized, so we remake them at cost. Not sure of your size? See the ring size guide on any ring page.

Yes. Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, using the insured label we provide. Engraved, resized and bespoke pieces are made for you alone and cannot be returned, though we will always put right anything that is not as it should be.

Recycled 14k and 18k gold in yellow, rose and white, platinum, and sterling silver. Everything is solid: nothing is plated, filled or hollow. 14k is a little harder and suits everyday rings; 18k has a richer colour. We are happy to advise if you are unsure.

We buy diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, rubies and pearls only from suppliers who can tell us the mine or farm of origin and who are independently audited. Every stone over half a carat comes with a grading report and a written note of where it came from. We also reset stones you already own.

Warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush will clean gold, platinum, diamonds and sapphires. Wipe pearls and emeralds with a damp cloth only, and keep them away from perfume, heat and ultrasonic cleaners. Store pieces separately so they do not scratch each other. Bring anything in once a year and we will clean it and check the settings for free.

Yes. Most rings, discs, lockets and cufflinks can be engraved with initials, a date or a short line, by machine or by hand. Engraving starts at $35 and adds three working days. Add your wording in the order note, or book an engraving appointment if you would like to see lettering styles first.

Allow six to eight weeks from the first conversation: about a week for sketches, a week for a wax model you can try on, and four to six weeks at the bench. Engagement rings can often be done in four to six weeks. If you have a date in mind, tell us at the start and we will say honestly whether we can meet it.
